Association Dues
Our association dues are paid twice a year. The first payment of $100 is due on January 1st, and the second payment of $100 is due on July 1st. The payments should be made payable to Woodridge POA and mailed to 9618 Jefferson HwyD, Box 336, BR, LA 70809. Our managment company is Hannis T Bourgeios. The contact person is Pam Johnson.
